Pre Sale Questions: Delivery, Payment, Order

Once your payment is received, we will ship your order within 48 hours from our US warehouse. You will receive tracking updates both in your account on this website and via the email you provided (please ensure it does not go to your spam folder).

We typically use shipping services like UPS, USPS, and Amazon, which deliver within 3-7 days to the address you have provided.

Yes, we can ship to both PO Box and Parcel Locker addresses. You can enter this information at the shipping section during checkout.

Unfortunately, we are unable to modify the shipping address once an order has been placed. Please ensure that the address provided is accurate at the time of your order to avoid any delivery issues.

If you have not received your order, or if there are any issues with the items upon arrival, please contact us immediately. You can reach us at support@grootpow.com or through our 'Contact Us' page. We will assist you in resolving the issue promptly.

Check that the card number, expiry date and security code have been entered correctly. Check there are enough funds in the account. Ensure it’s a standard Visa or MasterCard being used (some pre-paid gift cards are not compatible with our payment platform). Amex is not accepted. Try an alternative card to see if the payment is accepted.

If your order has not yet been picked by our warehouse team, we may be able to intercept and cancel it. To request a cancellation, please email us immediately at support@grootpow.com with the subject line 'Cancel Order - [Your Order Number]'. We will respond within 24 hours to confirm whether your order has been successfully cancelled.

Yes! During the checkout stage there is a tick box at the bottom saying, ‘Need to delay your shipping?’. Tick this box and then enter the date you wish for your order to leave our warehouse. Please note, we do not operate on weekends or public holidays.

We will do our best to dispatch on the day you request, but during busier times there may be a slight delay.

Post-Sale Questions: Warranty, Return

The warranty period varies by product. Most of our products come with a warranty of over five years. Notably, our Stand Up Weed Puller and Hori Hori Garden Knife include a lifetime warranty. For specific warranty details for each product, please refer to its corresponding product page on our website.

Grootpow Brands, Inc. (“Grootpow”) guarantees your product against defects in materials and workmanship when purchased directly from Grootpow or an authorized Grootpow reseller. This warranty exclusively extends to the original end-user purchaser or giftee and is not transferable to any other person.

The warranty remains valid from the date of retail purchase for the duration of ownership by the original end-user purchaser or giftee (the “Warranty Period”).

What is NOT Covered:

This warranty does not cover defects or damages resulting from improper use or maintenance, normal wear and tear, sharpening, accidents, environmental factors, improper storage, or external causes. Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or customization of your product will void this warranty. Consumables, including spare blades and replaceable attachments, are not covered under this warranty. Products purchased from unauthorized resellers are also not covered.

Before providing warranty service, Grootpow may require proof of purchase details, including but not limited to a receipt or sales invoice, product photos, and the return of the product to Grootpow’s facility at your expense. Ensure that you retain the product and all parts until your claim has been submitted, processed, and approved.

This limited warranty grants you specific legal rights alongside other rights you may have under applicable laws, including rights against the seller of the Grootpow product. TO THE EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, THIS WARRANTY IS GROOTPOW'S ONLY WARRANTY. GROOTPOW DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, SATISFACTORY QUALITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT), AND LIMITS ITS LIABILITY TO THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE PRICE.

Our return policy allows you to initiate a return within 90 days from the date the goods are delivered to your specified address.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Absolutely! If the item you received has defects or issues, please contact us immediately at support@grootpow.com.. We will process your exchange request within 24 hours.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
